There's some subtle differences in the wording. 3. There is a known bug in Firefox causing voicemail messages to be cut short on the DVC portal. Please remember that Firefox is not officially supported by Comcast and Internet Explorer is recommended. So apparently they're saying it's a bug in Firefox. No idea exactly where. (I work in Comcast's internet service department and not phone service, so I'm not really familiar with this issue, but I thought I'd see if I had access to any info for you.) It looks like they are designing it to work under all platforms, it just is experiencing some error with their site Firefox that they're trying to resolve. That's very different from many places that don't *support* Firefox and think that's OK. I would say in this situation they should be cut some slack.
